A cooperative survival plugin for Paper: each group of players builds its own town, and the horde lays siege to it at night.
The village in the video was built by hand, just like your players will build theirs.

Your players play survival as usual. Each group founds its own town, and at night the horde comes to test what they built.

Your players build everything
The plugin places no buildings in the town: founding one only brings the Mayor, a villager. Walls, houses, shops, traps: your players build it all, block by block.

They set up their own traders
Blacksmith, Mage, Cook, Fisherman… The 10 specialists are bought as eggs from the Mayor. The player places each one wherever they like in town, in a shop or on the square, with a bed nearby.

One town per group, not one for the whole server
Every group of friends has its own: its Mayor, its territory, its siege calendar. On the same server: alliances, rivalries and zones to fight over.
